As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for the internal and external maintenance for our customers and become part of a team that manages daily operations. In addition to handling maintenance requests, residents and customers order various minor services such as repair tasks in homes and premises. Ongoing communication with residents, customers, and contractors is therefore an essential part of the job. You will also manage the procurement of consumables and care for your own work equipment.

The position of property caretaker is a varied and independent role under your own responsibility. Your daily tasks include:

• Managing everyday tasks according to an agreement
• Standard corrective maintenance following maintenance requests
• Troubleshooting
• Handling daily customer contacts

You will work on your mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you are expected to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own. You will plan your workday together with your colleagues and your group manager.

You contribute with your expertise and engagement. We are looking for someone who is curious, unpretentious, and helpful. We want you to have the ability to see and meet our customers' needs. We want you to be a team player who supports your colleagues. You should have a positive attitude towards your work, our customers, and your coworkers. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work efficiently.

You have a high school education and/or KY education focused on property management or equivalent work experience from trades such as carpentry, electrical work, or plumbing.

Computers and mobile phones are a natural part of the work for all employees at Riksbyggen, so we expect you to have some computer skills and be able to handle a computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

The position requires a B driver's license and the ability to communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Start date according to agreement with placement in Uddevalla, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.
